Purchased a Justice mattress from Crowley Furnitire in Lee's Summit, Mo. Went with Justice because they are a Missouri Company and ties to Lebannon. HUGE MISTAKE!! My mattress has been taken apart and"fixed" twice because both ends collapse. Now that it needs "fixed" for a 3rd time, the warranty is void because something has been spilled on it. This was not by any means a cheap mattress. Guess what Justice...I WOULD NOT NEED A WARRANTY FOR A 3RD TIME HAD IT BEEN FIXED CORRECTLY THE 1ST OR EVEN 2ND TIME! Good grief maybe the 2nd time it should have been replaced since it is the same problem. Do yourself a favor and purchase something other than a Justice mattress. The mattress is not at all worth the price...
Read moreSince there isn't a way to leave a review for Justice furniture, I decided to leave my sofa experience here. In just over a year, the cushions are way too soft. Sure....they say lifetime warranty but what the store I bought it from in Washington Mo. forgot about is paying for freight to send the sofa cushions back for new insides. It doesn't feel like they use foam originally but more like polyfil. Very disappointed in the 100% Polyester fabric too. It is already getting pils. This sofa is only used on weekends and we don't have kids or pets that would affect wear and tear. Would not recommend this company or buy anything made...
