So, let me say I don't leave reviews as often as I would like, and in addition to that I am someone who can go without ice cream. A small bite, at most, is all I will generally have. However, this little shop has stolen my heart and my taste buds! It's cute vibe pulled me in to bring my kids. But, then after I had a little taste of the girls ice cream rolls, I had to have my own. The ingredients are really impressive. She doesn't use pre-made bagged mixes, and the quality is really, really good. I didn't get that super sugary, fakey yuck feeling and crash that often comes after these types of treats. It's also so fun to watch them make your ice cream rolls right in front of you and put it all together! There are so many fun and unique options to keep us coming back in to try! So I had the banana split, and OMG best ice cream I’ve ever had! The combination of the banana with the tang of strawberry and pineapple with the crunch of the peanuts and the back note of the vanilla is literal heaven on earth and oh goodness don’t forget about the Chocolate, the chocolate is intertwined in the rolls of ice cream as it’s made and then after drizzled on top and it adds a nice sweet flavor mixed with a little bit of chocolate bitterness and just rounds out the dessert so well it’s just absolutely wonderful it was so delicious!
