Tokyo Hibachi express (food truck) — Restaurant in Lebanon

I just want to say I am very disappointed and upset at the service i recieved. I have eaten at the food truck before and my food has been very good and I recently ate at the restaurant and the food was very good there as well. However I tried calling today because I wanted to take my mother out to try the teppanyaki grill. I was unaware if i needed to make a reservation or just walk in as I had never done the teppanyaki, just the normal table. And I have also been in the restaurant when it was very crowded and i don’t believe any of the people there when I was had made reservations. The person who answered the phone was very rude and disrespectful, he clearly could care less about my business. That is very sad as I really wanted to take my mother somewhere special for Mother’s Day. I guess I will go somewhere that wants...

AMAZING!! The waiter was professional. The food was awesome. Our first time there and we were NOT let down. If you want to dine here and have not, then stop trying not to. The armosphere is great. The presentation was amazing. In my opinion, cheap for what you get. 100 bucks for 2 people. For 2 salads, 2 soups, appetizer, (beto?) Box, snow crab roll, (amazing by the way) chicken lomein, and steamed chicken dumplings, (called gyans?) Idk. Everything was great. I will be back for more. I'm not sure what happened between now and last summer, but I happened to be in the Lebanon area and wanted to eat at Tokyo Hibachi again because the first time was absolutely delicious. I can't say the same for the three meals I purchased this time around. I got the hibachi chicken teriyaki. The chicken was fatty, no teriyaki sauce, and the rice was hard with grains that were not fully cooked. They also used a broken container for one of the meals so it leaked into the bag and in my vehicle. The people are pleasant and nice, but the food was not enjoyable and had I not driven the 30 minutes back home, I definitely would've given all of it back and asked for it...
