I was so excited to try this place, but unfortunately it was a big disappointment. I ordered a shaved ice, and the worker must not have put it through the machine long enough because it was just ice chips. There also wasn't much flavoring in it, so we were mostly just crunching on large chunks of flavorless ice. Unfortunately, the worker was also quite rude. She didn't greet us, didn't ask for our order or anything- she just stood there staring at us. When she made our orders, she placed them on the counter and walked away without saying anything, which was really weird. When this ice cream shop first opened, it was great. All different kinds of flavors for their shaved ice, and they rotated the dole whip flavors. We went shortly after they reopened for the season and everything on their menu was tagged as “out”. They only had vanilla and orange flavored dole whip, and they didn’t have anyone in there.
