I have had my puppies stay here twice..both times was told a wrong amount and when its time to pick up its not the same amount. Was told $30 for the economy and $40 for the inside/outside run. I have 2 small dogs in the same pen. When I picked them up was told "oh its $70 if you have 2 dogs" Well, I would have maybe went with the economy one then. Also you can only pick your dog up on Saturdays before 12, so we had no choice but to let them stay another night, and pick up on Sunday is only from 3-5..horrible hours. I never write reviews but after this experience I felt I needed to. The 1st experience was similar but we had a great Pyrenees there and they stayed 5-6 nights (can't remember exact) and they all got their shots and the bill was...

Was told it would cost $40 dollars a night for both dogs. Get there to pay they charged us around $90 a night. So the $300-400 dollar stay turned into a $900 stay. Will be contacting the BBB.
