N2 Nutrition — Restaurant in Lebanon

So I’m from out of town and decided to stop by and try this Nutrition club. I travel all over the country and stop at many along my travels. First of all Lebanon has a real problem with opening a lot of these stores and closing and not taking it down. I had to stop Four times to actually find one that was open and still operating. So beware of that but that’s not the fault Of N2 nutrition. Anyhow, I am a businesswoman and have three juice bar restaurants that I run. One thing that is important is to always satisfy the customer to the best of Your ability. I came in and asked them if they could make a shake that I know the recipe too and like. Lindsey stood there shaking her head no and then said no we cannot do that. I said OK. Do you have anything with pecans and chocolate chip chips? She said they had a pecan smoothie but it didn’t have chocolate chips and I asked if it could be added and she said no we cannot add chocolate chips to your drink. I was like do you have chocolate chips and she said yes, but I cannot add it to your shake. It was the craziest thing I’ve ever heard because I’m willing to pay an extra dollar or whatever to add the chocolate chips. She refused to do that And then I asked her to give me the shake that is pecan pie, but could she leave the pecans chunky and she said no we can’t do that and I just said forget it just make it how you want. Whoever owns this business I will tell you this is a major problem. If a customer can’t come in and add chocolate chips to their drink and leave pecans just a little crunchy then that’s too much control and you’re losing customers. Lindsey was not very friendly either. I would offer the advice to be more kind to your customers. I understand you can’t change everything but chocolate chips and pecans aren’t a major thing. Anyhow, I won’t be back and leaving a negative review based off how I was treated and that this club you will not be able to change anything to...

Second time in store. The girl that waited on me today was not warm and fuzzy & not much help in picking my drink. The owner was even decorating for fall and didn’t offer to help me. Then my lid didn’t fit and I had to go back in and I laid the one that doesn’t fit on bar and owner gave me a new lid and proceeded to tell me to take my trash to the trash can by the door and didn’t apologize for the lid. Will go back to the Mt Juliet Nova they are always kind sweet and helpful ! This location is owned by different owner and needs to take some tips...

This company uses Herbalife as part of their smoothies and tea bombs. Herbalife is a well-known multi-level marketing scheme that has ruined a lot of peoples lives due to their pyramid scheme structure. I will never support a company that supports a multilevel marketing scheme such as Herbalife no matter how “good” the drinks are, which they are not because they cause a whole slew of medical issues the more you consume...
