There was one staff member who was extremely rude and belittled my request for a certain stylist and then very rudely informed me that person no longer worked there and acted like what I was asking was the easiest thing in the world to do. When in fact,!she CLEARLY could not perform the cut. She butchered my 2 year old son's hair. He was screaming the whole time and she was non consoling and acted disgusted and rolled her eyes when he would pull away from her. When I asked her to no longer cut his hair she said, "you're gonna leave with half a haircut?" And I said yes and she said well let's at least even up his ears and when she did she quickly just chopped at his hair and cut a huge 90 degree angle in his hair behind his ear. It looked horrible. I was very upset. I asked her to no longer touch my robs hair and she did anyway. Then she says to my husband, "I don't know why she (talking about me) got so upset. I did what she was asking me to do." Which she did not. Our normal barber had to work at it for 10 mins to blend it and kind of make it look normal but you can still see it. I hate I was impatient and didn't go to our regular barber first. I will not be back to sports clips and I do not recommned this business to...

Great Haircuts and worth EVERY penny. I 100% recommend Shannon. My 11 year old Son has been getting his hair cut here, on and off for almost 6 years... He was getting bad haircuts from the 'other' chain salon over by Kroger. About a year and a half ago he got his last BAD haircut from the other salon and decided no more. That's when we met Shannon at Sports Clips. She is an AMAZING stylist. My Son's hair is naturally curly and therefore NOT the easiest to work with; But Shannon does an AWESOME job EVERY single time. It's worth the few extra dollars to get your hair cut at Sports Clips and KNOW you're going to be pleased; Then to take a chance with the competition from down the road, and end up very disappointed. Great like always, even during these trying times!! -Mask required before entry- Great!! -No inside seating for queue- Can be bothersome if its warmer out, but otherwise helps to keep everyone safe and seperate. -Both you and your stylist will be masked through the whole process aside from during your wash where it is then optional!- Excellent customer/employee care overall! -Stylists chairs are also set up only for the 1st and 3rd chairs, meaning a maximum of four in chair at a time to a stylist- this is only if they have 4 stylists available at the time and can lead to longer wait times so be mindful when coming in, recommend a morning visit to avoid long lines. Also use the SportsClips App to pre sign in ahead of time if you can.
