My wife this afternoon went up to the prime outlets to grab a couple of shirts for my son in a few pair of pants for herself. She stopped at the Levi Outlet where she found everything that she needed. She was on her way to the register an at-a-glance saw a pair of pants that she might be interested in as well. So like any true customer she wanted to make sure the pants fit before she made the purchase. She didn't like the fit so she put them back and went to go grab the things that she was going to purchase and found out that the the gentlmen who'd earlier unlocked the changing room had taken the items and put them back. When when she asked, where the clothes had gone that she wanted to purchase she was told that they were all put back because they looked suspicious!
I mean you have got to be kidding me! She was very upset walked out contacted me to gain her composure and explain to me what happened. Then decided that she would go back in the store re-gather the items that she wanted to purchase and was met by 3 negative and rude staff members 2 females who decided to rather than correct his poor judgment chose to advocate his behavior as if he did something right?
So, if you ever wonder why the Outlets have seemed to go downhill? This should be a great reason why. Then they wonder why the locals around go out of...

Both employees engaged us both in such a very inviting and comfortable way. We were assisted when needed and they were both very knowledgeable and helpful. The best part was the nice conversations we had whilst shopping. It was refreshing and very nostalgic of shopping in the “good old days”

I got the feeling that she was judging me when I asked her to swap a size of jeans for me she came back empty handed and said “we don’t carry a lot of sizes that big in the store” 🥴 Once returning to the dressing room she informed me that “you can only try on 5 items per day not 5 at a time” I’m not sure if this is a Covid regulation but she was beyond unhelpful and I didn’t hear her explain this to anyone else.
