The worst store manager ever! I was at the store yesterday looking at the $129 bag and wallet deal. I was holding a brown bag in my hand and picked up a white one while trying to decide between two. Another customer next to me was also holding one brown bag and asked for 2 more and store assistant said she would go and check in the back of the store. When she came back I already put away white one and decided to keep brown one. The store assistant took the bag out of my hand and said I have to give it to other customer because “ I promised her 3 bags”. I was stunned and said you can’t do that! You can’t take a bag from a hand of another customer which is planning on buying a bag. I was so upset I decided to leave but only to turn away at the door and asked for manager of the store. And who turns out to be the manager? The rude person that ripped the bag out of my hand! The other 2 sale associates took me to the side and decided to give me a deal on another bag apologizing for the situation. The manager came up to me and said she can not give me a deal on another bag but she can try to see if she can find one for me in different store! What??? Why did she not offered this to that other customer that asked for 2 more bags??? I had a bag that I was going to buy that day and that store! Unbelievable! I have several MK bags but will not buy no more. The Coach next door is much nicer! I will also not stop until there are reprications made for this...

My wife didn’t end up making a purchase but that is in no way a direct reflection to the merchandise or the assistance of the most amazing, friendliest store manager we have ever met. My wife and I have over thirty years combined experience in customer service/sales/management. We know amazing customer service when we see it! To be able to connect on a personal level in such a chaotic environment is a feat all on its own. Then to be able to focus on one customers needs and wants amongst the crowd all while keeping a smiling face as if we were the only customers in the store. We will keep coming back to your store because of the experience we shared that day with your store manager. She should be commended for the job she is doing as a manager and a representative of your brand. Thanks again for all your help, and we will see you next...

The website indicates the store hours for 12/27/21 are 10-7pm however this is false. Please if your traveling over an hour to this please call in advance and remember who you spoken to when confirming hours. I arrived at 6pm with a closing time of 7pm after confirming over the phone. When i arrived the store employee was pulling the gate down as I got out my car walking towards the store. I then proceeded to show her what the website advertises for store hours. She went to the back to speak to her manager and was told she could not let me in due to staffing issues an hour before closing. I then explained i drove hours to the store after confirming hours prior to arriving, she showed no empathy at all just stood in a stare with a nonchalant attitude as to say she didn't care. When i asked for manager name she refuse to give it to me. Total waste of gas and time and horrible way for such a high class...
