New England Wraps — Restaurant in Lee

Went yesterday, The wrap was good I guess. I had ordered the chicken bacon wrap and came out after having to order it at the counter. Don't order through Grubhub as your food will not be ready supposedly their Grubhub system doesn't work and when I had mentioned I ordered online. I was told they didn't get the order and it wasn't made, the woman working the counter/line when I asked can it be made, she at first said no but yet grubhub you pay ahead so the manager or whomever had to come out. Like i get it, I work in the restaurant industry myself and things like this can happen. If a customer comes up asking for an order they placed online and paid for already. There shouldn't be any questions about it. With validation of email confirmation it's paid for just make it the next order and go on with service not question it and say no...

Ordered food on Grubhub, delivery driver was prompt and drove all the way to New England Wraps for them to close the door in his face and cancel my order.
