Threads — Local services in Leeds

Well, I bypassed several shops and chose Threads based on a referral. I took a risk and now I am stuck with a displeasing outcome and a lab coat I am unable to return. I clearly stated my stance to avoid lettering running together. I was very transparent about wanting spacing between words so that they may be distinguished. Advanced Practice Provider should have had more spacing between each word. From a professional who cares about image I am not eager to where this. There is room at the beginning and ending to accomplish this goal without hiding the lettering underneath the collar. Undoing the stitching will alter the quality of the fabric. I've had them embroidery several things for me and always been very pleased !! Latest things have had them do is, don't laugh, my dog's name on a couple of blankets and collars. Going to have my kitty's name on his new collar today. I think they have a contract with UAB and the Sheriff's Dept cause everytime I've been in, they are working on their items. I'm sure they have contracts with other entities too because they stay busy and the quality of their work is fantastic !!! Threads never disappoints me when I need monogramming. Their reputation is old and in tact from what I can see. They do not concern themselves with the aesthetics of the workplace. . . they simply get the job done. The lady who helped me today was kind, well informed, showed me options of what I was considering and we shared the final decision. I know I will be pleased as I have always been pleased.
