Iām not expecting 5 star service but I do expect to get what I pay for. The speakers for one should be replaced in drive through they r so old and donāt work properly. When I order though and Iām saying thank you please and may I and u repeat back my order like I just disturbed ur day just go home. I donāt care how old u r itās common sense and the basics of hospitality service and a toddler can do it. When I got up to the window she provided the wrong size cup which she seemed THRILLED to fix, when I did finally get my order after waiting 10 mins (Which is fine if the food was made right then but wasnāt) I asked for a number one with only mayo and extra jalapeƱos. I received a cold burger with everything on it mayo ketchup lettuce tomato and pickles. Then had to asked two times for a side of jalapeƱos and thank god I did since they messed the whole burger up. First time she handed me a soufflĆ© cup of 3 literally 3 jalapeƱo slices inside it. I said I would like another one please and the youngster rolled her eyes and got me another cup with 3 sliced jalapeƱos in it. I guess Sonic has a shortage. But she handed it to me and immediately turned around not wanting to be bothered. U can tell they are super busy with two of the other employees sitting down on their cell phones.
$12 I donāt really care if itās .50 you advertise hot food and service with a smile š The service I had tonight was awful and I wonāt be back. Apparently the incident is not isolated because there have been several complaints of discrimination occurring for not only the patrons but the employees as well. The food comes out like any other Sonic food should, just with a delay. When I reached out to the manager about the racist incident that I observed, she tried to explain it away instead of taking it as a serious matter. The employee that did the actual action was not reprimanded and still works there to this day. If you are going during the weekend from Friday until Sunday in the evening time be prepared for the parking to be crowded with high school students. I have not seen any actual roller hops there in a while so if you like to see the ones that skate you may want to go to the other locations. They do the happy hour special where you get half off of certain drinks and reduced cost for certain sides so that...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreWe usually go here a few times a month since it is so close to home and every time I go here I keep giving them the benefit of the doubt, which Iām starting to think I shouldnāt. This morning we ordered the cinnamon snack and the dough was still raw. Absolutely unacceptable to send food out to a customer that way especially when you can visibly see itās raw, unlike uncooked meat where you may have to break it open inside to reveal itās undercooked. Another issue I have is that the fryer oil consistently tastes old. You know that biter twang that old grease leaves in your mouth? Every time I go there this tends to be the issue(tots). The service is always great every time we go. The server I had this morning was absolutely a delight to deal with! A few simple things they could correct(easily) to make this a 5 star fast...
