I bought a bedroom set from Standard Furniture a few months ago and was so pleased with the experience I decided to go back to furnish the rest of my home. Ashley and Kat are absolutely fabulous! They are very attentive and asked just the right questions to help me decide what I wanted. They know their stuff! They are just so kind and don't try to sell you something just to make a sale. No pressure sales is a requirement when I shop! They have in-store financng which I wasn't aware of. They made the process as smooth as silk. They took their time with me and I actually changed my mind more than 5 times in one day, LOL, but they didn't mind one bit. As long as I was happy. The delivery took longer than expected but I understand things happen so I was patient, and the end result was worth it! The 3 men that delivered were also very friendly and careful and set up the rooms as I asked. They were fast but thorough. I highly recommend the Leeds Standard Furniture store, even if you have to drive a little ways. You won't regret it! They made me feel like a friend from day one. I truly apprecite that. Buyer beware! Standard in Leeds does not stand behind their furniture! I purchased my first set of furniture from Standard 20 years ago and it was a great experience. Boy, have they changed! Purchased furniture from them a few months ago and it has been a nightmare! I discovered holes in the furniture on Day 2 and I discovered that the recliner was broken weeks later. Reached out to them and was basically told that after the furniture arrives, they are not responsible for it. You have to go through the manufacturer, who may or may not replace it. If you’re thinking about buying from this company, do yourself a favor and shop elsewhere!
