JD is the guy to go to. A veteran with years of experience that will go to pretty much any length to fix your issue with your tech or walk you through how. I brought my pc in just a few days ago and was charged the 45 dollar diagnostic fee. I picked my pc back up again the next day but unfortunately continued having issues. JD then came to my house personally after work hours to help me fix my issue at NO ADDITIONAL COST. I called the company and the gentleman was here at the time he said he would. After spending the whole night trying to fix the problem myself, I finally relented and gave up. The following day I called reboot and as I stated earlier he arrived on time as promised. Within minutes he diagnosed and fixed the computer allowing me to complete my work. The service guy, JD, would come at the time he said he would. He was friendly and knowledgeable. He set us up with a good working smart tv. Whenever he came to our home to do extra work he always kept his word as to when the part for our tv would come in or whatever he would charge us naming the price.
