We came all the way from Baton Rouge Louisiana to purchase an expedition at Wheelmart. Upon arrival Wayne our sales person told us that the drivers side rim had a crack in it. The spare tire was on the front of the vehicle. They told us they would replace the cracked rim with a new one. So we went ahead on the purchase. This was later in the evening it was dark outside. We proceeded to test drive the vehicle. And like I said went ahead on the purchase. Now it was after hours so I will give them that. Next day at home. We noticed the outside of the vehicle had been washed but the inside was extremely dirty. There were fingernail clippings in the door handles. And old socks on the floorboard. I went to a local welding shop and had the cracked rim welded. Paid for the tire to be taken off the rim and then put back on. The welding shop would not remove tire. We made this purchase in early December. And it is February 5th now with no new rim or compensation from Wheelmart! Every time we try to contact Wendy or Wayne at Wheelmart we get the run around story like oh I thought this was handled let me check on it and get back with you. And no response. Bottom line DO NOT TRUST THES PEOPLE.
Update. After reading this review. Randal the general manager for Wheelmart reached out to me and assured me that this is not the way they conduct business at Wheelmart. Told me that he would find a place here in Baton Rouge to replace the cracked rim. That it would be taken care of. It has been over two weeks and I haven’t heard anything from anyone at Wheelmart or Benoit Ford!! I plan on calling yet again to see if we can get this issue resolved.
Final result- Randall set up with local Ford dealership. Tire and rim replaced at no charge to us. All we had to do was go to our local dealership and everything was taken care of. Thank you Randal for following through with your word that really means...

I have called multiple times , left numerous messages , about the last 2 things needed . Original post: Bought a truck from them , I have had it about 2 months now , out of those 2 months they had it for 2 weeks “fixing it” had check engine light come on after I was given the all clear that there was nothing wrong with it. They still owe me for a few things to get done on the truck . No one will answer me or my concerns with the truck. Wouldn’t recommend buying or doing business with them.
