Taco Bell — Restaurant in Leesville

My husband and I have ate there a few times and I also just started doing DoorDash so I’ve picked up multiple orders up from there and let me just say almost every time I go there Elijah has been on top of it! He is always so kind and polite. They had forgot one of our tacos and I had to go ask for it and he reassured me that he would take care of us and then apologized for the inconvenience. Elijah truly is my favorite worker who has served us! It also seems like he gets targeted by the higher up people there, I was in there the other day and someone was yelling at him asking him to do MORE stuff that is out of pay grade. I don’t understand how he gets treated like that by his coworkers when he’s the only genuine person there who actually cares...

I'm so tired of people not doing their job!!! My husband went to taco bell for me because he asked what I wanted so I sent him a screen shot of exactly what I wanted and he gets there puts an order for himself and a friend then preceded to give the cashier my order literally showing them on his phone which I got straight from the app!!! He pays 80 dollars for the food no problem!!! Gets home and not one thing I ordered was there not one!!! There was food but nothing I ordered how can you mess up a simple order!!! I threw everything that they messed up back in the bag!!! Thank goodness he ordered extra because I was starving!!!...

Normally this location is pretty quick and my husband and I are in and out, but last night we ordered at the kiosk and waited over 40 minutes and never got our food. They prioritized the drive-thru orders and door dash orders that came in after us over people waiting in the lobby (we were not the only ones there waiting ridiculously long times for supposedly “fast food”), and it took my husband making a scene to get a refund.
