11/25/23 12:07pm at the self checkout I had a bad experience with the manager on duty this day, my wife would say how she would treat her with such racism and I just brushed it off, but today I got a whole different glimpse of the kind of personality she meant. Besides humiliating me and saying I am bi polar. Disregarded me as a customer because she could not swallow the honest truth of her discomfort and disgusting actions. Had her fellow cashier Oscar to help me out. Because apparently she allowed one of the Register to operate without security, that’s not my fault when previous customers were allowed and did not get the same treatment I did. Or you’re allowing it for people who know what you know. See I know retail and merchandising’s as well as operations and the policy guidelines. See I did not want to stress and feed in to more of her assumptions of me and my son in a stroller with my older son stealing. See I observed the store since I came in and the boredom is there when you don’t seek what initiatives to go for. Every time I came across this manager I always wondered the kind of racism my wife would say right. But now I get it she turns the cheek when certain people tend to steal and preys, and hovers over the ones she assumes of stealing, over works certain kind of people because they won’t speak up and treats them with neglect because she can’t communicate correctly with them. Which I understand the pressure you give to some one who speaks very little of the language when you appear to them with a nasty attitude disgusted face. Chewing gum in peoples face is not just nasty, disgusting but also a little disrespectful when you try to be professional I wish ANDAIL had the time to observe this manager and If this is the person I am speaking of I hope district pays you a visit when you least expect it. And see your true actions. Cause I called at 12:49pm to confirm her name and as soonest she answered the line she knew I was going for a review of my experience with her and she stated she did not need to infrom me with her name and clicked on me. Professionalism comes with Responsibility, & Respect things she failed to display while managing the floor & failed to present her self correctly over the phone. I should be ashamed to have returned to this place to buy at Fresco y Mas deli. They had a special on ham but had none in stock, a case of bait and switch. The employees were astounded that I would ask for a substitution to fulfil the special. I asked for the manager to see what could be done and she had no answer, I informed her that at Sedanos if they had an offer for ham and they ran out they would provide a substitute to witch she answered “We are not Sedanos”.
This location has the worst customer service. I am a daily visitor to this location although I have had some problem in the past today 8/20/2023 was the last straw. In the past at the deli I have been treated like I have to accept what they give me not what I order. I walked in to buy ham and Splenda but was greeted by the incompetence of the deli workers again. The store ha a policy of cleaning the only two cutting machines they have every so often and will shut the deli for 25 minutes. Since I had been treated poorly in the past I did brought my concerns to the management about the mistreatment by the employees at the deli and today I viced it to the same manager let in her know that I would go to Publix and she responded by saying "It is better for you to go to Publix". I did go to Publix and found better prices, better service, and a cleaner store with fresher produce. I was goin to Fresco because of the proximity but the two minutes saved are not worth the trouble. As for me Fresco y Mas has lost my $700.00 to $1,000.00 monthly purchases that now will go to Publix, Walmart, Aldi, Sabor Tropical, Presidente.
