Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen — Restaurant in Florida

This is the worse Popeyes I've been to hands down. If you actually get thru the drive thru (which always take forever), you place an order and they tell you at the window after you've already paid they don't have what you just paid for. They say they close at 11pm, but good luck anytime after 10pm as they will not answer the order intercom and you'll just be sitting there looking stupid.Only 1 out of 4 times that I've ordered from here I actually got what I ordered or wasn't missing something. The staff is also very unprofessional, joking around, playing, using profanity and talking about inappropriate topics in front of customers.Don't waste your time on Uber eats either after 8pm.... They will cancel your order after you've waited over an hour for it to arrive. I wasnt going to do a review on this place initially, but honestly they need to fix whatever is creating this problem.i will literally drive to 184th Street and be back to this area and still get my food faster than...

During my recent visit to Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen, I had a mixed experience. When placing our order, it seemed like the employee taking our order was new and not fully trained. There was no supervisor with him, and he initially tried to sell us the family combo without drinks. Thankfully, another employee noticed and stepped in to assist him.

After placing our order, we sat down and waited. However, after about 10 minutes, we noticed that people who had just arrived were receiving their orders before us. When we approached the counter to ask, the same employee looked confused and seemed lost about the status of our order. In the end, it took about 40 minutes for our food to be served.

While I understand that training new staff takes time, the lack of supervision and the long wait time was frustrating. The food was as expected, but the service could definitely...

I love popeyes as I work as a restaurant manager myself but this location has so many issues and it all comes down to management. I can not tell you how many times I've had a problem with my order. I've contacted corporate numerous times about it and nothing is done. Customer service is how you keep customers. And they lack this. They always have a attitude and can not get the simplest order done correctly. This location has so much potential and can really make alot of profit if they trained their management team better and to follow procedures. Or maybe in this case they would have to clean house and start from scratch. If you're thinking of going to this location, please don't. Take the extra drive and go to the one...
