I am very disappointed! When we were in the process to buying our mobile homes everyone was nice and helpful. We have been in our mobile home one year on Jan 10th, we already have to replace walls, flooring and my husband has to jack the house up because it has already settled. Hereâs how it all started: we had our land excavated so our foundation would be even. The foundation crew came and after they left we went to see what they had done, and to our surprise there was two step downs in our foundation, that we did not want to have. My husband called Jimmy and he said that normal and it would hurt blah blah blah. Well what they didnât know is my husband was a contractor by trade and has done concrete work for 10 years. But we went along with it. They came time for the block skirting and the house to be sat. Within 3 months we started seeing cracks in the ceiling where the two parts were merged together, cracks around windows, sinks, flooring against the wall, corners were pulling apart, our master bath shower was holding water, just several things you wouldnât expect was happening from a brand new mobile home. Exit 107 sent people out 3-4 times and still have of it wasnât finished. Well here it is winter and the master bath and bedroom are 10 degree colder then the rest of the house and one of my kids room is 10-15 degrees colder. We got to looking this week at my sons room and the window has pulled away from the wall due to the house settling. This house should not be settling this quick and this much this soon. I was told exit 107 had the best and If this is the best then I would hate to see worse. So now once we jack up a brand new house. Also, my bedroom door donât shut correctly now due to the settling. Iâm just very disappointed. It was like once the house was sold they didnât care about the rest. Yes they sent 3-4 different crews out but everything was not completely fixed. The last crew even left us a box full of stuff for my husband to finish. Out GFCI keep kicking and they left the plug in for my husband to install. I will not recommend anyone to exit 107. And I was very dissatisfied with the way things went after the signing...
Read moreWe closed on our home in January of 2023 and moved in early summer of 2023. After looking at dealerships all over the state we landed at Exit 107. We are very thankful for Jimmy and Lauri. Both of them done an excellent job and we love our home. Our project also included building a garage and natural gas from my property and everything went smoothly. Any issue that arose were fixed quickly and professionally. If we had to purchase again it would be this same beam home setup exactly the same way. I hear so many horror stories from a couple of other local dealers to the area but all we have are great things to say for Exit 107! I would also like to add AFTER we purchased our home Lauri got parts for me to repair my mother in laws home from a water leak on a home that was about 1 year old from another dealer. My MIL home wasnât even purchased from 107 but it was a fleetwood which they carry. We could not get help from the other place even offering to pay for the parts. It seemed like no problem with Lauri. Canât recommend them enough!!! Thanks so much for our home and the help repairing the MILs...
Read moreDevastated by the loss of our home Dec 10, 2021 in KYâs worst tornado, we went to Exit 107 Homes for help. James was great to explain options to us, we had not ever had this kind of purchase as we lived over 40 years in remodeled family place. Jimmy and Laurie were great on delivery details and paperwork. Weather was not helpful this spring so between delivery and final prep for use took over 6 weeks, but we are delighted with the home. Foundation, steps and gutters done well. All their team were kind and helpful! Fleetwood home has a...
