Kohl's — Local services in Lemont Township

I love Kohls and the variety of merchandise it carries. I shop here all the time for the whole family. The prices when on sale and quality of merchandise are great. I always have a wonderful experience at the DG store. My experience at the Lemont store was horrible. Cashier was not helpful and had a bad attitude. I removed the hangers and bagged the merchandise and told her to just watch to ensure prices came up correctly with the appropriate discounts. Supervisor Craig is oblivious to what's going on around him or simply doesn't care because Security buzzer went off several times at the front entrance when I tried to leave with a shopping cart full of merchandise, several bags on my hands and a summer lounge chair and was ignored by staff who were about 15 ft away. They made no attempt to approach me to locate the merchandise with the anti thief devices that was causing a lot of commotion. I'm sure they turned around as the alarms went off but chose to ignore it. You have to wonder if this was not the first time they ignored the alarms. Shame on them. A customer saw me struggling to get through the doors and held the door open so I could finally leave. I got home and found 2 items with anti thief devices still attached to my clothes and several items that did not get the proper discount. I went here shopping for a lot of things, particularly clothes. I like this location, first of all, because it has spacious parking and quick and easy access. Second, is because it is not too crowded. There were a lot of people, but it was not crowded that much and the people were still practicing social distancing, which is really nice. Last but definitely not least, is that on that particular day I was able to buy a lot of wonderful items at such a reasonable price because most were on sale, and I was also able to buy a lot of good and interesting items from the clearance sale. I was really happy with the items I bought because I know for a fact that everything is of good quality. There are various brands inside, and those brands that the store has are all the best brands. The quality is great and I was able to get the items at such a great and reasonable price. I was just looking around when I found myself in the women’s section of a particular store, and I would definitely say that they have a good selection of clothes for women. I highly recommend this store. Aside from the good quality and reasonable prices, the selection in the women’s section is really amazing and it is definitely worth a visit as well. Rude employees, lady hit my daughter with the door to the bathroom. I apologized for my daughter being near door bc we were about to open door but the employee pushed open before I could open it and she hit my one year old in the face with the door didn't apologize. Then asked the same lady that day to help with price check that didn't have a tag and she acted as if I was bothering like she hated her job. And as my mother was paying for some items I waited for her near the door with my baby and kids and the lady's were staring as if I stole something. I don't want to make this a race thing but they give u that vibe when they treat everybody else nice and you who's a different race rudely. Makes me sad to know there's such ignorant people in this world....
