I will NEVER leave Atronic again. I left several years ago because they didn't carry ICTRL. I wanted all, alarm and entertaiment, under one company. I discovered recently they hold no grudges at all.
My story: I was with Bravas for several years. (see my review of them). After they, Bravas, updated my alarm system with new sensors my alarm wouldn't work for several weeks! I had no security!!! With frustration and desperation and 2 failed attempts at fixing the issue, I called Atronic about 4:00 p.m. on a Friday no less because Perry first time had been amazing to us originally and now they had ICTRL as well. Perry called me back at 6 PM, that night very concerned and kind! He, Will and Gabe came the following Tuesday. I was up and running about a week later with all new equipment. Read moreHave been with Atronic for over 15 years,, in 2021 relocated my store and purchased a new alarm system as well as a locking hardware for my front door, approximately 2K. A long the way I lost a small screw that would allow me to keep the door unlocked on occasions. I contacted Atronic on July 1st to see how I could get a replacement screw. Finally on October 11th I was informed I would "have to replace the whole paddle to get a replacement screw." Not once did Atronic stop by, as they are in the area quite frequently. I reached out to a principal as well as my sales representative, but never received a phone call. Finally I reached out to the original manufacturer (after attempting to find a replacement screw at Ace Hardware) and Adams Rite sent me several "dogging screws" at no charge. Read moreEverytime we have a problem, we have to call and leave a message for someone to call us back. The recording says we will return your call within 15 minutes. Really? It seems like if I have a problem our alarm, I should be able to reach someone asap and not have to wait. When I did talk to the technician, he told me they are only open during business hours and they only have a couple people for after hours. This was at 6:15 pm. Come to find out their security app was down again and this was why we couldn't set the alarm. Not the first time this has happened. When I asked him what would happen if someone broke in after their business hours, he said the police would be called and they wouldn't have any involvement at that point. So what am I paying...
