Where do I even begin? Paige (the owner) of KC Cocktail Co. is simply amazing! She was a pleasure to work and hiring her and her staff for my company holiday party was the best decision. This was our first time hosting proper bartenders and they were such a joy to be around. So friendly to the guests attending. They made amazing drinks and lines moved so fast (shoutout to Phou, Chase & Susan)! We had three bars all with a different signature cocktail/mocktail along with other beverages. Paige helped me curate the menu and let me tell you — she knows what she’s doing! Such a perfect variety of drinks and quantity (she tells you exactly how much booze you need). I have worked a couple of times with Paige and her team professionally and they are so amazing to work with, so I knew when it came down to my own wedding she would be who I would book. We decided to do a late night snack at our wedding and we did a mashed potato bar with mini corndogs and WOW our guests were IN LOVE. The whole set up is incredible, we didn't even see them do it, it was like they just appeared (which in the wedding world is incredible!). The whole staff was so nice and we loved working with them, and the food....wowowow just can't say enough! Thank you so much for making the end of our day just as special as the beginning and middle! I absolutely loved working with Paige and Phou for our wedding! Paige helped us with all the planning (which was great because we had no idea where to start). KC Cocktail provided everything except the liquor which was amazing and made us significantly less stressed. Phou, our bartender for the evening, was amazing and flagged our wedding planner when he realized we were already running low on alcohol!
