I've spent quite a bit of time in the store talking to these guys since I discovered them. You can sense right away that they genuinely care about what they do. They want to help you as an individual help yourself, your family and your community. They offer this at every level. Individual - family - city - state.

The way I see it you have a choice.... be a victim or be a hero. They can help you be the hero.

I bought one of their "over the headrest kits" for my son's truck. My son and I sat down and went through it so he would know what is in there. Just 2 days ago my son witnessed a car crash, he was the one person that pulled over to help (proud of him). He coned off the area real quick (yeah he even carries orange cones) and grabbed his Game Plan Experts kit/bag and ran up to help in any way he could. He ended up using a few items from the bag! Police and Fire showed up 5-6 minutes later and complimented him on his preparedness. I wanted to put this review up to publicly thank Game Plan Experts. The peace of mind I get knowing those kits are in my kids cars...

I was ordering some things online and had some questions, so I used the 24 hour online customer service support. I ended up speaking to the owner, Sean, who was there making sure the new online system was working and being properly utilized. First, super impressed that the owner was up all night with his employees making sure things got off without a glitch and was not just watching them, but actively trying it out himself. Second, I loved that when I had a question about a price difference between companies, he gave an answer AND a reason for the difference. Third, when some items were out of stock that I wanted he offered to help with the shipping when they are in stock so I wouldn't have additional charges. Talk about great customer service!! If you are wondering, I ordered a blemished Berkley water filtration system. IF there's a blemish I'm not seeing it! I ordered it on a Saturday night and it shipped out on a Monday. I had an exceptional experience with the Game Plan Experts. I bought a blemished Berkey water filtration system from them. The web site noted that shipping may take longer than expected. I waited what I considered to be a reasonable amount of time and when I hadn't received it yet, I used the chat feature to inquire about the status of the shipment. That was on a Sunday evening. The person I had the conversation with quickly pulled up the order based on my name alone, thought the order had taken too long so he "made it right" by upgrading my purchase for no additional fee and had it in the mail the next morning.
