What you like from a big company, in a Mom and Pop Shop package. Shipping is faster and prices are better (look at the "all-in" with shipping and taxes to compare). But, its the service that sets them apart.

The owner's communication to buyers and shoppers is always quick and amazing; I buy a lot and I have a lot of questions. I can't say I've seen this kind of service across any business I've dealt with, not just collectibles.

I just purchased my first sideshow 1/6 figure today and am very happy with my purchase. This was my second stop into time walker toys. Steve and his wife are super nice and very helpful. My first impression of the store was that it is a little small but put together extremely well. I like the fact that it's not a corporate owned franchise and they still offer a nice discount for locals. I live about 45 minutes away but to be honest I will continue to come here as opposed to purchase online . Overall 2 thumbs up and kudos to Steve and his wife (sorry that I didn't catch her name)...
