I’ve been here a few times and had no problems with their disposal vapes. The staff is super friendly and they have the coolest stuff. However, last night was disappointing for me. I asked a few questions about devices I haven’t tried and decided to go with his suggestion. Immediately when I hit the vape I know it’s faulty, I was patient with the employee because there’s a no refund /exchange policy. He was able to satisfy me with a different device that I’m familiar with, when i tried the new one I thought it was fine initially because the flavor was great. But now I’ve had the vape for about 24 hours and it’s completely burnt/ no nicotine buzz at all. I’m just hoping that this review will give the owners insight over what products are faulty and costing us all $$$. I will visit again and update this review when that happens.

The customer service was awful. I tried two vapes and neither of them worked. Then the man offered me to try a different brand that was the same price and it was terrible and shaped liked a banana. SO I said I don't like this vape can I just get the one that's a little more expensive and pay the difference. He said " WELL YOU ALREADY OPENED THIS ONE". I’ve been here a bunch of times now and when I say I NEVER seen so much variety of things let me tell you THIS shop is it! They had everything I’ve been wanting for fair prices. Recommend to a few friends and now they’ve been going to this place and left places they were going to because of it.! And the Workers are always on point with the info on merchandise and if they don’t know they always immediately call someone else from the store that can give them the info for you.
