Taste of China — Restaurant in Lenexa

My team decided to order out for lunch today and give this place a try. Our total came to $33.07 which isn't bad for 4 people. Our food came an hour and a half later, it was cold, missing items, and had the wrong items. We promptly called the restaurant back and they said they wouldn't do anything besides give us a $10 credit to the phone number we ordered from. We explained that this wasn't right since we ordered $33.07 and it is a $20 minimum for delivery. He said fine $15, I then explained the situation again and how now it is way passed our lunch break and that we just want our money back. 4 hours later a guy came in and gave us a $20, said that is all he is going to do then walked out. He wouldn't let us show him the food or take the food his driver brought. Never ordering from this...

Even though I have been a customer for years, they treat you as if you haven’t been. I always spend about $80 dollars every time I order with this place, Last night I placed an order, and when the food got here the rice was hard and my crab ragoons were doughy. I immediately called, but I guess they were closed that time which lead to my assumption that my food was not fresh. I called around 9:30 the next morning, told the guy the situation and all he could ask me is if I still have the food!! I have ordered carry out from Taste of China in Raymore, MO on many occasions in the past and more so, since the new ownership. The new ownership has really enhanced the quality of food, freshness and taste to include portion size. Everyone I talk to states how much better it is now with the new ownership. Its a family owned business that the owners actual prepare the food themselves. I would highly recommend them to any one.
