I love this place!! They have all kinds of beautiful furniture and appliances! My grandmother and mother have always bought everything in their homes here. My grandmother passed away a year ago and I got her livingroom furniture which was 20 years old and it's still in excellent shape! That says it all! Quality furniture. We bought a kitchen table and 2 different livingroom suites with tables, lamps and all! We moved from NC to PA and we hauled all of our furniture 11 hours, so that says it all!! Horrible customer service. We spent over $5k at this store on a washer/dryer and dining room set. We even sent a neighbor to them. The sales associate (Doug) asked us what else we needed and said he would help us find rugs/runners for our new home. I contacted him multiple times to get a status. Each time he "assured" us he was working to assist us. No response in the end. The customer service at the store was great. Absolutely thrilled with our experience at Shaw’s! Doug went above and beyond to help us with beautiful furniture for our mountain home that has a very small living room with limited space. He went back and forth with me several times, helping us with two love seats and a swivel chair that we are so pleased with. Shaw’s selection is great and their prices are wonderful! Delivery to Boone was completed super quick and the guys were super friendly and very careful placing the furniture in the house. Anything else we need we will be returning to see Doug...
