4/15/24 - dinner Don't know what happened to this restaurant but; Chicken wing appetizer- the wings were mushy Burrito Loco- steak was burned Pick 4- chili rellano, the pepper was as soft and mushy as over-boiled spinach, the tamal tasted like an old tire, the ground beef in the burrito is overly ground, and all three were covered in a sour red sauce with melted cheese. The whole plate was a gouky mess. The house salad was nice but they serve dressing in little packets (like in the salads you get at 7-11) Used to really like this restaurant. Don't understand the change.
Ate early dinner. Had chicken wings as an appetizer. They were tender and flavorful. Wife had combo of a chile riano, a chicken burrito and black beans. All delicious. I had the beef soup. Loaded with beef, vegetables, rice and a very good broth. Came with chopped onions, cilantro, tortillas and sliced avocado on the side. $3 cocktail special was cranberry juice and vodka We also had a cucumber and jalapeño margarita. My wife said it was the best cocktail she's had. It was expensive ($13)...
Read moreThe only reason om going 4 stars is because they ran out of Coke.... I drink a lot of Coke and they ended up running out. Mr. Pibb was the only other thing I could go to, but it's not Coke.... enough whinning. Everybody's food was great. All of it was exploding with flavor. The salsa with the the chips was a little spicy but not terrible (I'm a wuss when it comes to spicy and I could eat it, so it's not too hot). They also gave us that funky little sweet ranch in a bowl. It's not bad, it's just different. The service was really good. Nobody had to wait on drinks. Our server was nice and funny. It didn't take too long for the food to come out. Some of the best Mexican food I've had in a while. My chimichanga was stuffed full, and I mean full of chicken. The food portions were great and we all got to take some home. You should try it, honestly it would've been 5 stars if not for...

As for me, I chose the Chicken Chimichanga, and instead of the usual little square flour tortilla I expected, it came wrapped in long tortillas. The chicken was decent, but it leaned more towards a roasted flavor rather than the spicy kick I was hoping for. But hey, everyone's palate is different!
The menu is a treasure trove, boasting over 100 tempting items—it’s like a foodie’s dream come true!
The atmosphere? Absolutely delightful! The booths offered plenty of spacious comfort, and the whole place was beautifully decorated, creating a charming vibe that was refreshingly quiet.
We can't wait to return and explore more of the menu—there's so...
