The most despicable customer service thus far. I placed an online order, and as I walked in the store I approached an elderly employee sitting in back of the counter but then I noticed he was already assisting a customer, so I stood in front of the counter in full view, to wait until he was done. While I was waiting, the elderly employee never bothered to acknowledge my presence, didn't even say "someone will be with you soon"-- nothing, he just kept dabbling on the computer until he was done with the other customer. When he was done, he continued to to dabble on the computer and still hadn't acknowledge me, and I was literally standing there staring at him, and he didn't even bother to look at me, but I know he's fully aware that I'm standing there, waiting. Then a few more minutes went by and the phone rang. The elderly employee proceeded to answer the call and assist a customer over the phone. I just stood there in total for about 10+ minutes...then I began to twirl around the store to see if the elderly employee would even bother to say anything but nope, nothing--I was completely ignored. While I was twirling around the store another employee from the back office noticed me and came right up to assist me. This other employee took care of what I needed and I was done in less than 5 minutes (he deserves a 5-star rating), while the elderly employee was just sitting there, staring at the computer. I'm glad that this store hires extremely elderly people like the employee that is there, but please train them on good customer service because he severely lacks it. It could also be that he's too old to work and would be better off retired than having a job where he poorly represents a company. It'll be the LAST time that I'll visit that store.
