I stopped in today for a salad NO CHEESE and then decided to get an empanada. I asked if they had a beef empanada which i always get elsewhere. The young man who took my order was very pleasant and said yes we have beef empanada. I ordered one to taste. As I was waiting i was on a call with a friend who had suggested to make sure there was no cheese in the empanada since i cannot have cheese. I said but I have never heard of a beef empanada with cheese its either or. So i asked the young man if there was cheese ( there was another gentleman standing on the side of the counter looking at his cell phone but listening, not sure if he was a manager or owner). The young man did answer with a yes that they put cheese in their empanadas so i explained that i cannot eat cheese and i would not have ordered it if I knew that they put cheese in it. The gentleman standing by said that it only had a little but yes there is cheese in there. I responded " I cannot have cheese" Again, which he seemed to ignore. Then the young man said we have already cooked it. I offered to buy something else instead. I didn't ask for my money back just asked kindly to have something else. He said again its already made. I can understand that they cooked it and i paid for it already but in my opinion they could of accommodated the situation and maybe gave it to an employee or something and yes I should of asked before. I was use to eating just beef empanadas from PR and never had a beef one with cheese. i didn't think to ask where they were from in case they did them differently.......wasn't going to ask that. I wish they had info more clearly what it had in it , or posted it for one to know and wished they were a little more understanding. I said i guess ill give it to someone else and never got my empanada I wanted. They didn't care . Not really feeling this place after this. IF YOU HAVE ALLERGIES I...
Read moreI get from Espressos in Leominster almost biweekly and have never had an experience like tonight. I ordered a small cheese pizza extra sauce and extra cheese. When my order came the pizza wasn’t cut and the cheese was slightly running over. I called and spoke to a supervisor-Juan and he said he’d make me a new pizza but I had to give the old one back to the delivery driver(not a big deal because I didn’t want it anyways). I waited 45 mins for the replacement pizza and when it arrived it looked WORSE than the original pizza. It was so bad that when I opened the box, the delivery driver said “oof”. When I tried explaining to the delivery driver that the pizza looked worse, he kept saying “no English”. I told him it was fine and I’d call the store. I called and spoke to Juan again and told him the dilemma. Juan then proceeds to tell me “if you want extra sauce and extra cheese you need to learn that’s how your pizza will arrive through delivery, Pick up your pizza if you don’t want it to look like that”. Mind you I am a frequent flyer at Espressos and have never had an extra sauce/cheese pizza look this way by delivery. When I told Juan I didn’t want this pizza either he said “I’m not doing anything else for you I already made you two pizzas.” I told him I’d drive the pizza back and I wanted a refund. He said that was fine and we hung up. After a minute I thought I can just go pick up the pizza like he said earlier if I want it done right and give him the second one. I called back and Juan told me “I’m not making anything for you, we are closed.” Here I am writing this at 9:51 and this happened ten minutes ago. THEY'RE OPEN UNTIL 10. I have never experienced this at Espressos and I’m highly...
Read moreThe food quality was decent. The pizza was fresh and flavorful, and the pasta dishes were well-seasoned. However, some of the side dishes were a bit bland.
The service provided by the employees was friendly and attentive. The employee was quick to bring us our drinks and food, and he was always happy to answer our questions.
The atmosphere at Espresso Pizza was casual and relaxed. The restaurant is decorated in a warm and inviting way, and there is plenty of seating indoors.
Overall, my experience at Espresso Pizza was positive. The food was good, the service was friendly, and the atmosphere was relaxed. I would definitely recommend this restaurant to others.
I had a dinner experience. Considering the money spent per person, it was affordable with an average range of $10 - $20.
I highly recommend trying the cheese pizza and the spaghetti and meatballs from the menu.
As for parking, there was plenty of parking available. The parking options at Espresso Pizza included a free parking lot. There wasn't wheelchair accessibility at...
