Have been a papous customer for years. Took a break for quite some time and when we retuned as customers during Covid we were very happy!!! Amazing food, huge portions, no complaints about pricing either. The owner (made)is always there working and making sure his customers are taken care of and leave happy!!! I have one small complaint and by the looks of other reviews I’m not the only one that thinks this. We usually order once a week and it’s a decent order ($80-$90) we have 4-6 people in our family depending on the night lol and when I call to place order the girl who answers has a very poor attitude, I speak my order slowly just so she can understand me better and after each item she reply’s is that it and she’s very snippy (I usually will say I have 4 subs and a pizza before even starting my order) several times she sighs like it’s a bother me placing an order for my family. Tonight I was very hesitant to even order when she picked up the phone but I went ahead to see if she would be the same way or if the last time she was just having a bad night (everyone has their days, I don’t judge) but unfortunately same exact sighs after each item, very rude, I honestly felt like we were a bother to her by placing an order for my family to enjoy some take out for my nieces Birthday weekend!!! At the end of the order she said 20 and hung up phone (I was going to ask that the dressings not be mixed in the salad and if I could get it on the side and I’d pay extra if needed but nope not even a hey thanks for calling please give us 20-30 mins like everyone else does when they take an order at Papous!!!! So from now on when I call and if she answers I’ll not be placing an order and maybe lll walk in and order and maybe be treated a little better! I know this isn’t how she was trained causes it’s only when she answers. Hoping this review is taken seriously (I still gave 5 stars cause of the owners, food and other staff are absolutely amazing!!! Just don’t want the one bad apple to ruin it for a business in the long run that’s why I’m leaving a detailed review. Read moreI am a regular customer for this place. Food is good. Only four stars because I would suggest to train staff to have stronger customer service skills. Greeting customers immediately as they walk in and/or waiting on the counter. Remember, if it weren't for customers, you wouldn't exist.

I liked their consistency with the food however, I can’t help but notice how racist/prejudice they are with their customers which is why some of them get treated nice and others are treated like dirt.
I’ve been a customer for the past year, ordering consistently every week, or every other week, the same order every time with the same name. But somehow they never know who it is. At first I didn’t give tip because of their lack in customer service, then as I continued ordering they got a little better, And I began giving tip, but then again they relapsed.
Last time I ordered, the older lady that “apparently” doesn’t seem to know me by now doesn’t say a word as I entered the facility, as I walked up to the counter she asks “how can I help you” and I stated that I came for a pickup and said my name, but then I had to repeat myself twice because apparently she couldn’t hear me. A young lady who was beside her goes and gets my order and starts checking me out...then a caucasian customer walks in and from that distance the older lady shouts “welcome (name), how are you?” then proceeded to get the other customers order and have it ready on the counter. Read moreI recently had the pleasure of dining at Papous Pizza in Leominster, MA, and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish! The staff greeted me with warm smiles and provided top-notch service that made me feel right at home. The atmosphere was welcoming and casual, perfect for a mom and pop’s pizza feel, very comfortable.
I honestly believe that Papous Pizza has some of the best pizza in the city. The crust was perfectly crispy yet tender, and the sauce was bursting with flavor. Every bite was AMAZING!!!The variety on the menu means there’s something for every palate, and I can’t wait to try more in the future.
If you're in Leominster and haven't visited Papous Pizza yet, do yourself a favor and check them out. Whether you're with family, friends, or flying solo, you'll leave with a satisfied smile and a happy stomach. Highly recommend!
