First time there and won’t be back. Mobile ordered while across the street at Walmart. Waited a few minutes in Walmart parking lot and realized I should probably just go wait in line as we all know are usually 10-20 min waits on a good day. Pulled around the building and there was no one in line. A line you can’t even see until you pull around the building… I pulled up to the speaker and said “I just placed a mobile order, I thought there would be a longer line”. I got an attitude immediately telling me my order was just placed 2 1/2 mins ago. I said “yes, I thought there would be a longer line to wait in”. Once I pulled up the window I was AGAIN spoken to about how I need to give them at least 5-10 mins after placing a mobile order. I again repeated myself that I expected there to be a line to wait in….. There was currently no one in the drive thru, so I’m unclear on why it makes a big difference as I could have ordered at the speaker with less notice than my “2 1/2 minute ago” order… I have been in this situation at the commercial road location where an expected line was not there and I pulled up shortly after placing my order and have always been politely told they are getting it ready for me and I say...
Read moreSo twice now, I’ve come to the jungle Road location in Leominster and my order was wrong both times. I ordered ahead on the app a Venti iced Matcha latte with two classic syrup and two brown sugar syrup as well as brown sugar sweet cream cold foam. Both times there was no syrup in the drink. Not even the four classic syrup that it usually calls for. Also there was way too much matcha powder used, as you can see in the picture. The one on the left is the wrong one. The one on the right is the replacement one I ordered from a different location, seeing as I couldn’t seem to get it made right at the jungle road location. I think the manager needs to pay close attention to see if their employees are making drinks correctly. Also, both the drinks in the picture I took two sips out of, is this the norm to fill it halfway with liquid and then just cover the rest with cold foam?
