It USED to be my favorite place (see review a few posts down) until today. The young lady with wavy hair and a black shirt, behind the counter was EXTREMELY rude! I couldn't believe it because everyone here is so pleasant it's almost scary. She seemed upset that I wanted salt so she dumped salt in a huge pile all over my mangos. Then when I asked for a second cup I saw her dump one out and just pick the pineapples out from the cup when I asked for no pineapple. I'm deathly allergic to them and told her that. And when I asked if it touched any pineapple she said NO very rudely. Then she rushed to put the lid on, when I asked her for salt and lime like the other cup she tried to squeeze half a lime through the hole in the top and again another huge pile of salt in the center I took the lid off and asked her if she could do it right. She told me that it cost extra for lime and salt. So I put $5 in front of her and told her that I could afford it I just wanted my cup to be edible. She said "that's okay" and pushed my $5 back towards me, squeezed another half lime in and turned around and walked off. I will attempt this location a few more times because of the other wonderful staff, but if she's there I'm asking for someone else to help or leaving. Lose this...

This establishment is ILLEGALLY charging fees. Visa Debit cards are not allowed to be charged any surcharges (per visa policy).

Businesses can only charge fees on credit cards, not debit cards. While the food and service is always great, they’re overcharging people. Texas law only allows very specific credit card surcharges.

My total was $21.00 (1 fresa con crema at $7 & 2 banana splits at $7 ea), somehow she added an additional $0.25 fee plus a 4% service charge?? I paid with a DEBIT card. Additionally, I asked for an itemized receipt and was told they didn’t have the ability to do that.

I ordered the nachos and the mangonada with fruit and both of these items met my hunger. The portion size for both of these items were perfect for the price. The only downside was the service given as I ordered, the young lady behind the counter was not having such a nice day, she was upset for some reason and was not attentive to me and my party. She even skipped us to serve a couple who had walked in much after we did. The older lady stepped in and helped my party out and they were all satisfied with her customer service.
