I used to go in person and love their food. However, it takes 1 bad waitress to answer the phone to give you a bad experience and never wanna go back. Last night I ordered on Uber eats. I ordered their QFlautas and on the menu it specifically says "desebrada" which everyone knows is meat. What I got was empty taco shells which what appeared to be pasted potato. I immediately called them and spoke to Ana who assured me that if I returned the next day, I would get my flautas (beef desebrada). She stated that Uber eats did not specify potato flautas or beef. I explained that the menu said desebrada and that you can't do that to potatoes. She assured me to call or come by today for my tacos. For dinner tonight, I decided to give them a call to place my order. I explained that I had called the night before because of the mistake made with my flautas and that I spoke to Ana (as ana instructed me to do). The lady who answered talked over me and started to fight with me over the phone. I said, I didn't call to argue, I called to place an order...and this chick kept arguing. Didn't let me order and kept stating that it was my fault it was wrong the night before. She was rude and belligerent. I said nevermind I won't be ordering from you again and she was still yelling. So as much as I love their food and I support small businesses, this is one place who just lost me as a customer. Anyone else make BEEF desebrada flautas? I'm in the market for a new local restaurant in...

Poor customer service, OK torta. I parked In front of the restaurant, and saw the sign saying to place the order by the phone and that they would bring it out to my car. When I called I told the lady I was already parked outside Already and she confirmed she saw my car, and then said the order should be ready in five minutes, after which she hung up without saying goodbye or seeing if I wanted any fries or something to drink. After 10 minutes passed, I called back asking if they were going to bring my order out, and the same female asked if I was outside which I then reminded her yes, I called you saying I was already parked here. She came out and I asked if something was wrong since she said it would be 5 minutes and the only reason she came was becuase I called back. She said they don’t take food out to the cars, despite the sign saying to stay in my vehicle and that the order would be delivered to my car. I received zero apology for the false advertising causing a misunderstanding, and zero apology for the food being late due to it. When I got home the torta was just OK. There was about 1/5 of the torta that didn’t have meat on it so it was just dry....

I ate here with my mother and sister. We noticed it was a sub place but the board menu didn't show half the prices. Once we got hand held menu we noticed the prices were steep everything above $6 . However being vegetarian there was a decent variety. The waitress unfortunately didn't explain well. We decided to eat burrito for $6. Once we got the food it came with only one burrito and no sides, but for the price they double layered the tortilla and put beans, cheese , lettuce, and avocado. The drinks being between $2-3 and refills at $1-2 I thought were also high. Even know prices could have been better and the waitress explained more. The place is clean and feels like they recently mop the entire floor and restroom even know restroom could do some remodeling. Overall I give this place 2/5 for decent verity...

I’ve been wanting to try this place for almost 4 years now. I HAVE BEEN MISSING OUT!!! Talk about an explosion of flavor in every bite. I had to take pictures of the menu to see what I will get when I come back. The service was fast, I came in with an appetite and was happy with the speed of service. I thought these tortas would be small; not the case. You could share between 2 people, BUT not me. I would highly recommend…and I look forward to my next visit. They also have Aguas Fresca, we had horchata and mango. A great little gem located in Leon Valley.

I’ve been here several times, usually when I come to the hair salon across the street. I like tacos al vapor, even if they’re not really “al vapor”, the taste is very similar, especially the “chicharrón prensado”, very delicious. A little greasy but that’s how they are in Mexico. Tortas are also really good, Cubana and the traditional “pierna”. Good spicy salsas as well, I recommend this place, the owners are from Monterrey, Mexico. Very friendly waitress.
