We recently used FLAVAZ Catering for our son’s 16th birthday party, and we couldn't be more pleased! Clinton and his team were absolutely top-notch. From start to finish, the experience was outstanding! Not only was the food delicious, but the level of customer service truly stood out. From the moment we reached out, FLAVAZ Catering was responsive, attentive, and incredibly helpful throughout the planning process. They listened closely to our needs, were flexible, offered thoughtful suggestions, and made our menu come to life! On the day of the event, everything ran smoothly. I am a member of an organization whose meetings rotate to different counties in Southern Maryland and our commitment is to support the businesses in the counties hosting our meetings. Our final meeting of the year was in St. Mary's County, and FLAVAZ was highly rated using a basic google search. I can't say enough about how professional the proprietor was about making sure we had everything needed (serving tables, dinnerware, etc.). Mr. Robinson was responsive by email and promptly addressed questions. Now, about the food: it was great! The menu has many options and can meet the various preferences of a gathering. Do not do business with company!

I strongly advise caution when dealing with FLAVAZ Catering & Food Services. The business status is listed as forfeited, which is a serious legal status often indicating failure to comply with tax or business regulations. In my experience, the individual (Clinton Robinson Jr.) claiming to be the owner operated under misleading pretenses and failed to deliver on agreed-upon services.

Unfortunately, this resulted in a financial loss, and there was no accountability or attempt at resolution. It’s important to research a company’s legal and operational status before doing business—something I wish I had done earlier in this case.
