I was shocked to see how high the rating was for this store as it is one of the worst experiences of my life each and every time I go to this store. Their pharmacy manages to mess up every prescription I attempted to fill (which can sometimes be life threatening for myself) - in which they have such a strict policy that another fellow human being suited as a 'pharmacist' cannot even provide me a single pill. Rather, their best attempt at being above somewhat-deplorable human beings is to provide me with an address to the closest possible store that might not have missed their own inventory... I don't have a car and have a life threatening condition...
It also doesn't shock me to notice that some of their own employees have rated this store as 5-star... Wouldn't shock me if the rest were paid...
It's a small town with an employee ratio similar to that of the size of the town in comparison to the rest of the geographic reason. And they might have had something going for them in self-checkout process but have gotten rid of the robots in place of (usually) a single employee handling their entire store...
I use this store out of mere convenience and wouldn't ever step foot in their again if it weren't for my medical conditions and lack of nearby pharmacies otherwise. Google, can you please investigate their star ratings and reviews, as this store is...
   Read moreThis review is solely for the "Pharmacy," CVS Leonia. If available, I want to give a "zero(o)" star review for this CVS pharmacy Leonia location. I am not writing this review based on my one time experience. This review is based on my accumulated experiences at least for months. The staff at the Leonia CVS pharmacy is unkind, and not responsive to customer calls. Often they put on hold the customer calls and never respond, OR customers end up waiting for 15 - 30 minutes without answering and hang up. Sometimes the staff hangs up the customer calls right after they heard the customer's request. Also, the pharmacist did not explain even the new medications. When we asked about the new one, she was telling it but in a reluctant & rude manner. I do have experience with other CVS pharmacy, but all other CVS pharmacy locations had a decent customer service based on my limited skills. I am not escalating people's mistakes or errors. It is about the essential customer service and lack of spirit being professional. No one goes to CVS pharmacy to have less than experience or get offended by the pharmacy staff.    Read moreI've gone to this cvs countless times. A LOT the only thing I like about this store is the skinny lady with short hair that works there. She is super super kind and very enthusiastic and very helpful. She always apologizes for any duration of waiting in line, even if it's for a minute or less and she thanks the customers for their time. It's really appreciated. The other workers are older and really only know how to scan items, not much else. and there's usually MAX 2 registers open, so I always have to wait a while. especially if the only cashier working is an old lady who takes much longer. I just came back from trying to drop off a ups package and I always get my packages scanned so i can have a receipt just in case anything happens. the only old lady working there said she didn't have the scanner and i was like what? how can you not have the scanner? there's a ton of UPS boxes on the shelf, does that mean none of them have been scanned? so i basically waited in line for 10 minutes for nothing, with a heavy box, never a pleasant experience except for that younger...
