I met with Rachel one month before our wedding. She and her staff were incredibly helpful; they were willing to amend the buffet menu (there are set items that come at the $50/person, $70/person, and $100/person levels) to better suit our guests. She was incredibly communicative in the days leading up to the wedding, and she and her staff served the guests wonderfully on the day of. They also brought a ton of to-go boxes - which were necessary as there was an overabundance of leftovers! It is true that there isn't a tasting like you may expect with most American caterers - but as she assured us when we visited Misobahn, there really is no need. Pass by a few places in Palisades Park to get to Misobahn in Leonia. Parking is easy on the street and the owners/employees are very nice. Yes, the food is amazing! Kimbop, spring rolls, Japanese egg 마리 and 녹두부침 pancakes are my favorites. The only thing is due to the growing popularity, you need to place orders via Kakao, phone or in person. I moved to Jersey less than a year ago, after living in New York for my entire life. I had my set sushi place that I went to for years. Finding this restaurant has been wonderful. Not only is the sushi great, the staff may be even better. They are friendly, welcoming, and accommodating. They also always make something special for my daughters on the house when we come in.
