Great customer service, small town prices though. Not much they can do about it unfortunately, seeing as it IS a small town! Their selections can be limited too being a smaller locale, but they know how to stock the essentials adequately!! It is rare that i stop and they don't have what I need. But I'm also pretty basic!! Hahaha! Customer service 10-Stars!!! Everyone there is amazing! Small town feel, everyone is here to help vibes! Especially the older gentlemen! Hard to find youngsters who epitomize "the customer service representative," but the older ones and some of the younger ones too actually, are very knowledgeable and willing to jump in and help right away! Just treat them with the same decency and respect they give freely, and you'll enjoy...

Let's remember something about ace hardware.it is a place to avoid having to drive 30 miles to Jackson.if your looking for great prices or to complete a big project this is not the place.if your looking to complete a small task or need a tool to complete the job ace is the place.other than that a 2x4x8 is 8.00 bucks untreated.a lot of the time I feel completely raped leaving there.i wish for bulldozers and a Home Depot personally.super great...
