Our fridge died, their tech said we needed a new one, we had them replace and install it all. Different day they had two guys put the new fridge in, one was apparently a sub, the other does “90% of their installs”. They constantly left our front door open for more than 5 minutes at a time, after I told them multiple times we have pets and they stay inside (plus it’s winter right now). And I don’t mean as they brought the fridge in/out, I mean as they stood outside at the truck and talked while our heat is pouring out the house.
I ended up having to go shut the door multiple times for them because they seemed to not care. There were a few times they woke my family members up who were sleeping for work because they were yelling and arguing while they put it together. At this point I’m outside of the house because I’m fed up with how these guys are acting.
Once I cooled off and came back inside, now the new fridge is in the kitchen and “installed”. Once they had the new fridge installed and “good to go”, they dipped out without saying anything because we didn’t know about the marks they left yet. When they brought the new fridge in the house they left 2 scrape marks on our floor that run the whole length of the hallway and left a scrape mark on one of our walls. They didn’t tell us what they had done so we wouldn’t find it til after they left. I went to see if they were still here and then saw the marks. They walked the hallway that they left the marks in to leave for their next install, there’s no way they didn’t see what they had done as they left.
Then the initial tech ended up having to come back because they didn’t install the filter properly on the new fridge and we couldn’t figure out what was wrong. If I could give 0 stars I would but I can’t. Avoid....
   Read moreDryer stopped working, so I call Michael's. At first it was a burnt out wire. It was replaced and worked for one drying cycle. Had them come back again 3 weeks later. This time it was a fuse. Replaced and worked for half a drying cycle. They came back a week later and it was another fuse and again only worked for half a cycle. I called the office for the fourth time and the guy was condescending (the repair man was very nice though), telling me how they cannot keep coming out for free, because they're losing money. Well fix it right or tell me you can't, so I can call someone else. This time he told me it was best to replace the wiring harness and he would call me back with the price. Never received a call. I called Knarr's and he actually performed some tests on the dryer and had it fixed in about 1 hour...
