Horrible experience!!!!!!

I had only 4 items and was checking out. I handed the lady my bonus card which was on my phone in my Google wallet to scan. She says "what's this?" My bonus card... "This won't work, this isn't working". I tried the one in the actual Giant application on my phone. "That isn't working". I use the bonus card on my phone every single time I visit the store. Every time she scanned it, my POS kept asking for a pin like I swiped payment. My assumption is she didn't know what she was doing...

I then asked if she could get some help so I could use my bonus card to get money off and earn points. She said "Everyone is busy". Well, I don't care! I'm a customer so I'm the priority being that your the employee and that's part of your job duties. Meanwhile, I sew 2 people standing around, 1 being a manager. I yelled across the store for some help since she didn't want to ask and another lady came over. The original lady running the register said "I just want to get you done". I understand that, but I want help fixing the issue. The other lady just stood there. The original lady just stood there. I said forget it obviously because not a single person would even attempt to do some work, take care of their responsibilities and help a customer!!!!! Pretty...

I was shopping at Lewistown Giant Store on Thurs June 20 @ approx 9pm! Deli was closed! I was looking for lunch meat in the prepacked section! They did not have what I normally purchase! A Male Store Employee(I apologize-I believe he introduced himself as The Store Manager??)The Deli Equipment was already cleaned for the night(I told him I could wait & get it the next day! but This Store Employee(he was busy) took the time to slice a pound of the lunch meat for me! He also took me to the section where they had moved the Cornbread from The Deli! I apologize because I don't know his name but I think HE SOULD BE RECOGNIZED ASAN EXCEPTIONAL...

They hire people that are Get taken out and handcuffs ... And then he tells all his coworkers that his business partner that he does not have stole seventeen thousand dollars from a sixty four year old lady... His name is Mason He been Up-state 3 times.... And then he wants to run up on my family members yellin and screaming in the middle of the store and nobody wants to do something about it. Yes that makes your business look real good.....
