Love this place because it has everything in every color for every style in home decor. I recently purchased a night stand for my bedroom which was $99 but unfortunately the coupon I thought I was going to use I couldn't find it in my email, so I had to pay full price. When I went back a few days later to purchase a matching night stand for the other side of the bed the price was $129, and this time, even though I had a 20% off coupon I would be paying more than the original price($99). So I wasn't happy about that. I decided to look online to see if the price was still $99 but the price online also showed $129 and was flagged as "out of stock"!, so I decided to check other stores to see if I could still find one for $99. I Was nervous that they wouldn't get any more back in stock and I would be stuck with just one night stand so I bit the bullet and purchased it even though the price had increased. There was only 2 left at the Lexington store and both had plenty of dings and scratches and both were missing the knob to open the mirrored door. I just didn't want to pay $129 when I had just purchased the exact same night stand for $99. I have no idea why the pricec umped. When I got up to the register the coupon said expired Jan. 7th, and it was the 8th!😳 I asked the cashier if they would still honor the coupon since it was my birthday coupon and she called a manager, a young gentleman who said no problem, and gave me the 20% off. All in all I guess it turned out OK, because my heart jumped when I saw my coupon had expired and 'I had missed it by "that" much' (in my Maxwell Smart voice, lol..showing my age...😄) the reason I didn't travel to Lexington to purchase the night stand on the 7th was because of the first snow storm of 2022 that we got this past week, the roads were really slick. I Work in Louisville and went to the at home store on Blankenbaker Rd. But they were completely sold out. I asked a young lady about the item and she said she thought they had one on display but we discovered it had been sold too. So I knew I had to go back to Lexington to get the other night stand. But everything...

My boyfriend and I had picked out an outdoor rug assuming it would be 20% off because there were a couple signs around ALL of the out door rugs that said “20% OFF ALL OUTDOOR RUGS”.

We take it to checkout and she scans it and it comes up $37. All the other outdoor rugs that we were looking at had been priced around $20-$30. My boyfriend asks, “is that price with the 20% off?”. She then says no it’s not coming up as being on sale. We said, there are a couple signs around all the outdoor rugs that say, “20% OFF ALL OUTDOOR RUGS”. The lady at the register asks another associate. The other associate literally reads the sign out loud to the lady checking us out. The lady then radios a different lady and the lady on the radio says, “it would scan if it were on sale”. She then just looks at us and says it’s still $37.

The lady claimed because the rug we picked out was an outdoor “runner” that it didn’t qualify for the 20% off.

Ok. Thank you for working so hard to come to that conclusion. Maybe take down the multiple signs that say “20% OFF ALL OUTDOOR RUGS” with nothing on it saying certain rugs didn’t qualify. Really appreciate the lady at the register making it right for us (sarcasm). Yes, this rant was only over saving $10 but it’s the principle behind the matter. Take the signs down...

The staff here. I tell you what. Mmmm Mmmm Mmmm Mmmm mmmm!!!!! I can not believe the rudeness that exist. Is it possible that if Satan, HIMSELF, can spawn into more than one form? Well if it is possible, we need to get the entire Lexington Police Department, or better, the entire DOD to surround this place; pronto. This place is crawling with the Satans. Running every where. I'm not kidding. Don't go in there! It's bad! I may be hyperventilating typing this post about how bad it is here. But I tell ya what boys and girls don't risk it. Don't step foot in this place. Second hand Satan is a disease and it will get you. You are likely to walk out a different person and/or creature. Also, if you see any of these staff members on the streets, just run. Before they see you, just run. I really hope, the ones that read these things, before they go inside a business, know not to even contemplate risking the chance 'that you will have decent quality costumer service', because, well you won't. I won't even go into explain the management. But just a hint. They are Satan times infinity Satan. I'm not the best at math but... probably not good odds for quality customer satisfaction.
