Overall, a positive experience. The method used to seat guests means that there's not ever going to be privacy. With an entire restaurant open, we were seated right next to the only other person in the dining area, which is one of my personal pet peeves. While I respect that they serve by section, giving patrons a little bit of privacy, by at least setting them a table apart, would be nice. Moving forward from there, we were greeted quickly but the server had zero personality. It didn't get better throughout the evening. The food was fine. Not amazing but good enough. I may have enjoyed sitting in the bar area better because it seemed there was a little more ambiance.
I had the crab cake and sirloin steak with the risotto, which is an upgraded side, and the whipped potatoes. I wasn't wild about the risotto, specifically the basil oil on it. normally. I love basil so that was surprising to me. My friend had the shaved brussel sprouts salad with the salmon fillet and loved it. The desserts were not very good. I had the drunken coconut pie and it just tasted gritty. The "drunken" part was an overly sweet syrup that was fortunately on the side of the plate so I could avoid it almost entirely. The key lime cake that my fiance had was a pretty big portion but was very dry. It would have been nice if the server had come back to refill drinks but that didn't happen the entire time we were there.

Read moreThis place is fantastic! A group of 9 of us went to celebrate my birthday. They dedicated 2 waitresses to us. Drinks came fast and food was fresh! The espresso martini is dangerously delicious and decadent, my new all time favorite. A friend had the crab crusted cod which she loved very much it was crispy and flaky and fresh and the broccoli just fell apart. The bang bang shrimp was so good those who do not eat shrimp- now do! The table ordered another order of it! So, that means the bang bang shrimp tacos were even better!
Another friend had the salmon. She said it was cooked perfectly and was very fresh. She loved the broccoli and potato sides. Her complaint was that for the price, the portions of sides were very small. We are all unanimous in this. The side is about 1/2 cup.
I had the sirloin and crab cake dinner. Sirloin cooked rare, very tasty. It was also my first crab cake and I can only hope they all taste this good. The garlic potatoes and broccoli were also so good, fresh, and flavorful.
Another friend had the baja fish tacos which he adored and wants to go back for! One also had the cod fish and chips she said was very good but very greasy so she is not a fan because of this.
Lastly, the birthday gift from the staff was a 4pc chocolate truffle box, they were all silky and perfect.

Nice wine selection. 2nd time- 1st nite at 70% capacity was a little chaotic but wonderful. Anthony was superb, handled all of our needs with aplomb. Caesar was cold,crisp, beautifully dressed and nice size. Salmon was expertly cooked.
June 28- Chris, a4 yr Marine vet, waited on us and was a delight. Caesar was wonderful as usual and crab cakes were delicious although I had them with cocktail sauce, not remoulade Oct21- 1st things 1st- Lynnzy was terrific! She nailed it and was delightful to boot. The brussel sprouts aptz was wonderful and plenty. The swordfish special was beautifully presented and cooked to perfection. The scallop and shrimp skewer was a great value and the ff, as always, were seasoned nicely. It's about time you bought some Romano sambuca. I've waited 3 yrs
