Elite Salon, Spa, and Tanning — Local services in Lexington

UPDATED : I never told them I lightened my hair and put a box dye on it bc I didn’t, I used a permanent ash brown that had just faded over time 😂 that was completely made up and yes you would have to strip the color to even dye it another color bc it’s so dark on my roots there’s no other way to fix it unless you bleach it or dye the ends the same color which will probably fade just how it originally did and I can post the SS of where she was telling me I need to be honest if I was having money problems and couldn’t pay for my hair I’m not going to sit here and be attacked when I paid for a service and they messed my hair up!! And my family has nothing to do with me getting my hair done and being very disappointed!!

I will never go back to this salon I got a dark plum hair dye I went home and within 4 days my hair was completely faded and almost back to my light brown with strips or orange with plum roots I asked for a refund and they said they won’t do a refund but they will go over the color which was fine until I realized they would have to strip the color and it could possibly look worse and when I said this to I guess the owner she basically told me if I didn’t have the money I should go somewhere else basically called me broke and I have the text message from her saying that i do not recommend this salon they only care about making money and that reminds me I paid 130 for a hair dye and my hair is shoulder length and no...

So I am new here in Lexington North Carolina. I just moved here 3 weeks ago at the beginning of August 2021. I've been getting my haircut from the same hairstylist for the last 20 years and I was nervous about going to someone new to get it cut. I'm very particular and specific about my hair. I researched for 2 weeks, read plenty of reviews and asked around but everyone I asked referred me to a barber so not me. This place had 50 reviews, was 5 stars and had an actual website NOT a Facebook page. Jennifer the owner is now my new hairstylist here in Lexington. She made me feel so comfortable and welcomed. It felt like I was hanging out with my former hairstylist at the salon. She made me feel like I was apart of her family (I'm waiting for that bbq Mrs. Jennifer). She cut my hair exactly how I liked and wanted it and I'm a guy. I will go nowhere else. Her daughter who runs the register is super sweet, very knowledgeable and recommended me to alot of cool places being that I am new in town.
