GameStop — Local services in Lexington

I have been shopping this location since its start and this is by far the worst encounter I have had. Anthony, or Tony per his name tag (ID 651175) rang me up today. As I waited in line, he is asking the entire store, out loud, what the "sorcery" is due to all of the patrons in the building. "Did you people get paid today?" "Did people start getting their taxes back?" Hey, long day. I get it. Its now my turn and he rings up my game/toy and proceeds to tell me my total. In my 32 years on this planet and in these stores, I have never NOT been asked if I want yhe protection for my games. Tony had proceeded to add it first and was then taken back when I asked him to remove it. Stating it was a new "feature" thats automatically added. Racist much 🙄 went in today with my son (sitting in parking lot as I type this review) walked in no greeting nothing (they were helping another customer) cool I get it. But it was 2 employees working no one spoke. I continued to browse the Nintendo section given them time. So 10muns go by still no greeting or anyone asking if I needed anything, so I continued to browse and wait. Both employees helped the white customer not sure why they needed 2 employees for 1 customer. But anyway I continued to wait after they got done with the 1 customer I walked towards counter to get help one employee walked past me to do whatever still no greeting no help. The other employee still behind counter keeps watching me but don’t offer no help.. I will drive to Greensboro before I ever set foot in there...

I always shop at this GameStop, I would give it five stars but because of the attitude and disrespectful things a particular employee does and shows when I am in there is why I give them 4 stars out of 5 stars, I will acknowledge the excitement and happiness that I have at the new and awesome change in the fact that GameStop in Lexington, NC IS bringing back PC ACCESSORIES and many other cool things, so yeah I'm excited for that, here is the new keyboard I bought from them last week it's awesome, I advice everyone who is interested in all things gaming to...
