Maurices — Local services in Lexington

Went about a week ago to find some new things and Lauren was SUPER outgoing and helpful during my visit. I had never been to a Maurice's before but she made me feel right at home and kept checking on me to make sure everything was fitting alright or getting me new sizes if it didn't (although most of it fit; she's very good at helping you find the right size and listening to what you like/want to wear). There was also a pretty big sale going on, so it seems like a good place to get good deals on what seems like fairly high quality clothing.

Overall, a very good visit. 10/10...

If I could give them ZERO star's I would!!! I was in this store in Lexington for about 30mins and NO ONE offered to help me, and NO they were not busy! Check the labor! but they walk around the store and watched my every move!! I heard them greet other people and ask them if they needed any help but not one time did they ask me nor did they offer their services! I am highly disappointed in the customer service and the way I was treated as a paying...

Had a wonderful experience today!! A lady named Mattie really treated me great. She took all my insecurities and made me feel good about myself. I really appreciate her helping me to much even through my frustrations. She took her time with me. She could tell I was getting frustrated with myself and very discouraged and she worked with me! All together wonderful...
