DO NOT GO HERE. This location is a retailer and not part of Verizon directly. We worked with this location previously and were unhappy with the service due to messed up bills and difficulties fixing the issue. However, a very nice man reached out to me a few weeks back about upgrading to the Iphone 14. I was already considering it and work in sales myself, so I gave him the benefit of the doubt and decided to give this place another shot. TERRIBLE IDEA. My wife and I were told each phone would be around $11 and some change a month with our paid off trades. We did the paperwork, placed the pre-order, and got excited. We were notified both phones were in a couple weeks later. We get to the store and somehow one of the phones was lost. Okay, no worries, accidents happen. We are notified a week later that the lost phone was received. We went up to the store to pick them up, finalized everything, paid the tax, and left understanding to bring the trades in the next day once all of our data was transferred. Mind you, we discussed the trade and put it in the system at our FIRST visit. When we turned in the phones, we were told that my phone did not qualify for trade because someone there messed up the phone ID (could be the wrong lingo... not sure what correct wording is) and now my phone is flagged. If this is the case, how were we able to complete the trade??? I knew I should have seen the red flag when we get home after our first visit and checked our bill, which showed over $40 of extra charges on top of the activation fee we were expecting... Come on Verizon Retailer.... get your stuff together. This is RIDICULOUS. I will absolutely NEVER come back to this location. Granted, I know losing one customer does not matter to you... but the frustration, lies, and unknowledgeable staff has made this experience awful. Read moreIf I could give 0 stars I would. I upgraded my phone and the guy there had trouble transferring my data because he failed to check that the latest software was installed. He had to go to plan B and back up my phone . It took hours and he told me I could leave it there overnight and he would let me know when he got there the next day when I could restore it on my new phone. I asked if that was a regular occurrence, and he said it was and not to worry. I reluctantly agreed, because I had already been waiting about 2 hours. The next day, I did not hear from him, so I texted him. He sends a very short text saying to go ahead and restore. He knew at that time his co-worked had wiped my phone, but didn't say anything. Well, the backup had not been done. That is when I found out someone at the store had reset my phone and wiped it clean. Reggie tells me they did it without asking him. Basically they erased my life because they cannot communicate and are incompetent. DO NOT go here. When I tried calling instead of texting, they did not take my calls and I had to demand the manager call me or I was going to go up there and cause a scene. They finally called and had all kinds of excuses. It's the biggest bunch of BS EVER and I knew from the start it would be a bad experience. They will not voluntarily tell you. Update to this. They have been charging me for the entire phone $20 a month. I have been to the store 12 times and I have called the 800 number 30 times. This is effing ridiculous wasting all this time and get in nowhere. Each time I was told I qualified for the promotion. However, the promotion has not been put on our account and we are still currently being charged 7 months later. It is impossible and I am reporting them to the attorney general for fraud. Absolutely! The worst company I've ever dealt with everybody that works there is totally incompetent. Numerous days and hours.
