Good deals, large product selection, clean store. Shopped before and during holidays, approximately 4 or 5 times, neither time did employees, cashier associates seem to be at all interested or demonstrate any customer service action, no greeting, seemed to deliberately avoid glancing, or a pretense smile, throughout shopping majority of the store, passing shelf stockers and wharehouse receiving employees, not one looked or spoke a word, or asked if need help finding anything, Nothing. I became aware their only interest was having fun, joking, cutting up, juvenile games and laughing with each other. Even at check out, they continued conversation and laughing through my entire purchases being rang up, payment and receipt complete without a word to me, No thank you, see ya Notta! I tried to ask the clerk a question two times, both ignored, not about to allow their chatter to be interupted. Felt like I wasn't visible to either of them, only the merchandise and payment, magically appeared no human transaction. They should just get a self checkout, so those kids can go play at home and give somebody a job that cares to help customers....

Had the WORSE experience from this store this evening with my mother . A young girl name Hailey told me to “Give her a damn minute” after the alarm went off when I was leaving and she had to look in my bags , in which the cashier , Aaliyah , forgot to take off items on my clothing which set the alarm off . I didn’t get an apology , but yet Hailey yelled at my mom and raised her hands and said “you want to take it outside” I have NEVER been this disrespected in my life . Thank God my mother has raised me with respect and we left. Prior to all of this , Aaliyah asked if I was using food snaps to purchase my food , which with being an African American woman is very assaulting . The manager , Sherri , didn’t even step in until afterwards and just told Hailey to go to the back and made excuses for her saying “she has never acted like this”. My mother and I will be sure to talk to Reggie, the DM, this upcoming week and will be asking for an in person meeting to discuss this further . I hope no one has to go...

If I could give 0 stars I would. Some of the worker's in this location are not nice at all. I asked for a child's belt. One young lady who stated she was new asked another coworker who was an older Caucasian lady. The lady acted like she didn't hear me or the coworker than finally she states "I don't know" and she walked off like she didn't care. The young lady took me to look for it,but she was unsure. At this point I was ready to go due to the rudeness. I'll take my business to Columbia before I come to this one again. If you don't like providing good customer service don't get a job dealing with it. People spend their money where they're respected...
