I absolutely love supporting black own businesses. I purchased 2 bundles of body wave in inches 26-28. The hair quality is great however the bundles are SUPER thin. When I mean thin I mean THIN! I’m not new to buying hair. I understand that buying longer lengths comes with a SHORTER WEFTED meaning the longer you get the shorter the bundle is. That’s not the problem. The problem is that the ends of the hair are wayyyyy too thin. Please see photo below! I made my wig last night and was super excited to wear it. After all my hard work I’m actually disappointed . When I tell y’all this end of the hair is thin I mean exactly that! I’ve spend damn near $200 just to have to keep spending money to get what I actually paid for. I’m not going to buy additional bundles from here bc it seems like a waste of money. As I said the quails of the hair is great but the bundle its self is too thin for me. Also the hours are not always accurate there’s times I came to shop and her place is closed. For example today is the 26th on a Thursday. I was so Excited to finally find a hair store in the area which I live.... I purchased some hair which the pack said passion twist, it didn't look like passion twist to me so I asked the Owner of the establishment and her response was [it just look like that in the pack.] Long story short I purchased the hair, my beautician commented as well about it not looking like passion twist hair. I was so excited to see a beauty store that catered to black women's hair needs in the lexington area, and even more excited to see that this was a black owned business. But I have to say, I have been very disappointed in the inaccurate hours of operation. I have gone multiple times during the POSTED business hours to find that the store in fact not even open. I even walked around the local Rose's store and killed 45 mintues just to find that the store still wasn't opened. I want to be supportive but I need more...
