I took my Mother's sewing machine to this shop because it was jammed. They charged over $100 and when I got home the machine still jammed. I sent them a message and never heard back. This is bad business and very irresponsible. I live in Winston-Salem and they are in Lexington so it is not a quick trip. I would NEVER recommend this shop. They no only gave poor service but never followed up on my...

I had an older Singer serviced by stitching magician, when I got it back I could tell that not a drop of oil or grease was applied to the machine, the box was checked on the invoice but it wasn't done. I used it less than 3 times since and now it is locked up, I think the timing was tinkered with and not adjusted for the better.... At least it worked before I had...

Great shop! Great service! They fixed my machine exactly how I asked, while I waited, at a fraction of what I expected to pay for an electronic repair. I was astonished. They earned my trust and my future business. I highly recommend this shop. They have a wide selection of beautiful, high quality fabrics! Worth the trip! I won't take my machines anywhere else...
