I bought a shirt from a different store two weeks ago and got the wrong size on accident. I went into this store to do just an exchange. My fiancƩ wears a XXL and I got a medium. I was met by a manager in a green dress that was incredibly rude. Saying the shirt has been worn and putting the shirt up to her face to smell and looked at us in disgust. This shirt has sat in a bag and the collar is still starched and never washed. When I called the corporate office, they called her and she said there were marks on the boots. Which was a lie. I took them to the Livingston store and they refunded me my money with no questions asked and no lies about the shoes being worn. Boot Barn has a big problem with this manager. I will never shop at this...
